UMA - The ADS/HSDS User Management System

User management is being moved out of OASIS and into a new system called UMA. The ADS/HSDS User Management System. This will allow you to log into all ADS systems using a single username and password. Your OASIS username will not change.

Areas affected: Profile pages, registration, password reset.
